Stress · Sleep · Anxiety · in English
Long days, high expectations, a new country, a new language. Maybe you lie awake at night with your thoughts racing. Maybe you feel tense, on edge or simply exhausted. Hypnotherapy can help your nervous system find its way back to calm.

Stress, sleeplessness and anxiety are rarely just "in your head" – they are patterns your nervous system has learned. In hypnosis, we work with these patterns at a deeper level: with the situations, feelings and inner reactions that keep them going. You also learn simple self-hypnosis techniques you can use on your own – at your desk, before a difficult conversation or in bed at night.
I won't promise you a specific result. What I can offer: a thorough, individual approach and tools you can really use.
When work, a move and everyday life all pull at you at once, your body stays in alert mode. We work on letting go of that constant tension and finding moments of real rest again.
Many people sleep badly not because they're not tired, but because they can't switch off. Hypnosis helps your mind learn to slow down – and gives you a technique to fall back asleep when you wake up at night.
Whether it's nervousness before presentations, worry that keeps circling, or the feeling of not being good enough in a new environment: we look at what's behind it and build more inner security, step by step.
If you have symptoms of burnout, depression or panic attacks, please talk to your doctor first. Hypnotherapy can complement medical or psychotherapeutic treatment, but it does not replace it. In an emergency, call 144. Free, anonymous support is also available around the clock from Die Dargebotene Hand / La Main Tendue on 143.
