I know what it's like to start over
I'm Danish and have lived in Valais for 20 years. I know the mountains, the dialect – and what it feels like to build a life in a country that isn't your first home.
Before becoming a hypnotherapist, I spent more than 16 years leading teams and coaching people at an international company, followed by project management in the insurance sector. So I also know the pace and pressure of demanding jobs in international workplaces.

What hypnotherapy is – and isn't
Hypnosis is a natural state of focused, relaxed attention – similar to the moment just before falling asleep, or being completely absorbed in a good book. You stay aware and in control the whole time. Nothing like stage hypnosis: nobody makes you do anything you don't want to do.
I am a certified hypnotherapist trained in the OMNI method, with additional training in pain management, group hypnosis, birth preparation and sports hypnosis.
How it works
- Free intro call – 20 minutes by phone or Zoom. We talk about what brings you here and whether my approach is right for you.
- First session – up to 3 hours. We start with a detailed conversation and clarify your goal, followed by hypnosis, integration and stabilisation.
- Next steps – together we decide whether and how to continue.
In person or online

First session for adults
CHF 290 flat rate
Hypnotherapy with me is not covered by Swiss health insurance – neither basic nor supplementary.
